I wonder, who will be drunk and act stupid at this year's Oscar Awards? Almost every year some actor gets drunk and acts silly. These people are in serious need of either an Alcohol Abuse Treatment Center, or an Anger Management Class. Some actors are just plain rude. Check this out:
